A new year’s resolution just wasn’t enough for Juanita and Andres. During the first week of 2020, they took their resolution to a different level…They got married! Surrounded by their closest friends and family they married in Atlanta’s iconic Piedmont Park. It doesn’t get any better than starting your new year with your new family. CONGRATULATIONS you two!

Through serendipity and co-workers, Lael and Shawn’s friendship slowly grew into something deeper. They decided to bring their families together in a beautiful lakeside home outside of Atlanta. After the couples said their vows they made a special commitment to each of their daughters. Surrounded by their closest friends and family two became one.

College sweethearts, Jessie and Daniel

exchanged vows in front of their family during a bilingual ceremony at the Old Smyrna Firehouse on a crisp fall morning. They incorporated Eduardo’s Mexican heritage by performing the el lazo wedding tradition where the officiant drapes a decorative lasso on the shoulders in the shape of an “8” to symbolize new beginnings and eternal love.

Matthew and Michael contacted SGW to plan their Atlanta destination wedding and requested our favorite addition – including their 3 pups in the ceremony! Their afternoon wedding at Constellations Community’s library was perfect, complete with a two-step first dance and a custom boot cake topper. These two cowboys and their pups stole our hearts! Yes!

If it were up to Jessica and Steve everything about their wedding could be just left up in the air – literally! This duo is too busy competing at a national level on not one, but two skydiving teams.  Surrounded by loving family and friends, the couple exchanged vows during a cozy evening wedding at Southbound‘s upper level. Jessica loves color, so she opted for our premium flower package for a lush bouquet, ceremony decor, and centerpieces.

Melissa and Esteban met on one of my favorite OG dating websites called OKCupid in college and bonded over good music and memes! Their tiny wedding took place in midtown and the venue complemented their clean and minimalist aesthetic. Geometric accents and touches of gold and burgundy completed their wedding style. After the ceremony, the whole wedding party of 20 went to Ponce City Market for supper.

An adventurous couple and their pup had an intimate elopement high on a mountain…

Kelsey and Ted were married on a beautiful day in September 2019. When imagining their wedding Kelsey and Ted had a special place in mind and a special guest. The mountains hold a place in their hearts and doing something a little different is their style.  Ollie was with them through the hike and to the top of their mountain ceremony. After giving vows they danced and enjoyed the view with their pup!

Ashley and Jeffrey exchanged vows during a late-morning ceremony at the Atlanta Botanical Garden’s Fragrance Garden. This rather hidden garden was a perfect location for their intimate family ceremony. After their photoshoot in the Garden, the whole family attended a wedding luncheon at Longleaf Restaurant. Congratulations, y’all!

Brenna and Derek tied the knot surrounded by their children at the breathtaking and locally famous Trammell House right off the Marietta town square. Their very personal ceremony was written by the groom and included both handfasting and the traditional breaking of the glass was set against the impeccable Victorian architecture. After their wedding, the whole family had supper in the town square. Mazel tov, y’all!
